Powerclub is undertaking some exciting system enhancements between 9 September - 28 September 2020. While this won't affect everyone, there are some changes to our onboarding process during this period:
- If you are moving home between 9 September - 28 September, Powerclub is unable to activate new connections. This service will resume on Monday, 28 September 2020.
- Powerclub is unable to process a Life Support request until the technical updates are complete. This service will resume on Monday, 28 September 2020.
- If you live outside Victoria and have a Basic Meter, your transfer will occur at your next scheduled meter read. You can nominate an Early Meter Read date after Monday, 28 September 2020.
